By accessing or using Power of Control services (Mtamstrack, Weblogistic, and Farmweb), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Use of Services

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per organization unless otherwise agreed

Subscription and Payment

Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Terms

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Power of Control and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

Power of Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
